Ronald Wayne was an American television producer.

Wayne began his career in television as a page at NBC. He eventually became unit production manager on several NBC shows, including the Tic Tac Toe and Twenty-One game shows.

After leaving NBC, he worked on several television variety programs, including The Kate Smith Show, The Dom DeLuise Show, and The New Howdy Doody Show.

In 1962, Wayne began a decade-long association with Jackie Gleason, working as associate producer on Jackie Gleason: American Scene Magazine, producer on Gleason’s short-lived series Away We Go, and on The Jackie Gleason Show, which was shot in color on videotape at the Miami Beach Auditorium (now called the Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason Theatre). The Jackie Gleason Show aired from 1966 to 1970.

Wayne appeared as himself in a 2000 television documentary, Inside TV Land: The Honeymooners.

Wayne died April 18, 2019. He was 87.
