Terence Bayler

Terence Bayler was a New Zealand-born actor best known for his work in Monty Python’s Life of Brian and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

Bayler's greatest working relationship was with the Monty Python team, which he started working with after Eric Idle saw him performing at a small pub theater and cast him in his first stage play, Pass the Butler.

Bayler also appeared in the films Macbeth, Life of Brian, Time Bandits, Brazil, The Remains of the Day, and Chemical Wedding.

Bayler died August 2, 2016, in England. He was 86.
