Noreen Corcoran was an actress best known for her role as adopted niece Kelly Gregg on the television series Bachelor Father. The show aired from 1957 to 1962, appearing on all three major networks of the time (CBS, NBC and ABC) over the course of its run.

The actress starred as a 13-year-old girl whose parents were killed in a car accident, leaving her to live with her wealthy uncle Bentley Gregg, played by John Forsythe. The series ended after 157 episodes, just as Corcoran’s character was going off to college.

Corcoran was one of eight children, many of whom acted, including her younger brother Kevin, who appeared in the 1957 film Old Yeller and her sister Donna, who appeared in the 1951 film Angels in the Outfield.

Corcoran made her debut in the 1951 movie Apache Dreams. Roles followed in the films Plymouth Adventure, starring Spencer Tracy; Hans Christian Andersen, starring Danny Kaye; The Story of Three Loves, with Kirk Douglas and Ethel Barrymore; I Love Melvin, starring Debbie Reynolds; The Robe, starring Richard Burton; A Lion Is in the Streets, with James Cagney; and Band of Angels, with Clark Gable and Sidney Poitier.

Ronald Reagan recommended her for her co-starring role on Bachelor Father after the actor had seen her screen tests.

Corcoran died January 15, 2016, in Van Nuys, California. She was 72.
