John "Sib" Hashian was the drummer for the rock band Boston.
He played on the band’s first two hit records, 1976’s Boston, featuring the hit song "More Than a Feeling," and 1978’s Don't Look Back.
The original band, comprised of Tom Scholz, Brad Delp, Barry Goudreau, Fran Sheehan and Hashian, had one of the most successful debut records in history, selling more than 17 million copies.
Hashian also appeared on the series On Stage with Mantis and Community Auditions: Star of the Day.
He died on March 22, 2017. He was 67.
