Joan D'Incecco was a casting director best known for two decades of work on the ABC daytime drama All My Children, where she introduced audiences to Laurence Fishburne, Tom Berenger, Susan Lucci and Kelly Ripa.

D’Incecco also served as a casting director or casting supervisor on the series The Patty Duke Show, For the People, Car 54 Where Are You?, One Life to Live, the telefilm Screaming Skull and the feature films Dead Aim and The Red Right Hand. 

Additionally, she contributed as an artistic consultant on an episode of Kojak, and she worked on Mel Brooks' The Producers, as well as The Subject Was Roses.

Early in her career, she worked on many stage shows, including an Off Broadway production of Best Foot Forward, which starred Liza Minnelli and Christopher Walken.

D’Incecco was the winner of the Casting Society of America's prestigious Artios Award in 1985, 1989, 1991 and 1992 and was nominated for the award three additional times.

She died December 16, 2016.
