Albert Johnson was a rapper better known as Prodigy, of the New York City hip-hop duo Mobb Deep, which also included rapper Havoc. The duo was best known for their song "Shook Ones (Part II)."
Johnson’s music was used on the series Entourage and Being Human, as well as the soundtracks for the films 200 Cigarettes, Any Given Sunday, 8 Mile, Get Rich or Die Tryin’, Stomp the Yard and Due Date.
Additionally, Johnson appeared on the series RapFix Live, The Mo’Nique Show and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
He died June 20, 2017, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was 42.
