In December 2006 in Beverly Hills, California, the Television Academy inducted news icon Tom Brokaw, producer-director James Burrows, producer Leonard Goldberg, screen personality Regis Philbin, and award-winning actor William Shatner into the Hall of Fame, alongside just over one hundred legends.
