Emmy-winning producer Nancy Bradley Wiard worked with daytime television’s No. 1 program, The Young & the Restless, from 1973 to 2003. She supervised above- and below-the-line budgets, talent negotiations, location production, was production liaison and coordinated all publicity marketing and promotion. Currently she is a freelance producer for TV One. Wiard is the recipient of two Emmys, the People’s Choice Award, multiple NAACP Image Awards, Ribbon of Hope Award and Social Service Award from the American Cancer Society. She is the vice chairman of the Television Academy and chairs the Primetime Awards Committee and serves on By-Laws, and Budget Review committees. Her previous Television Academy service includes two terms as vice chairman and secretary, and co-chair of the Daytime Awards Committee. She lives in the San Fernando Valley with her husband, Emmy-winning editor Tucker Wiard.
